The personnel was helpful as expected. Location: the hotel was next to the airport and the restaurant. I found there a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Warunk Upnormal that is only 15 minutes' walk away.

All was perfect.

Loved the ambiance and the food which was offered. The complementary events that came along with our stay were absolutely amazing. We were able to take part in an art event that was happening nearby and the hotel provided us with a free shuttle to get there and back. The location of the hotel was very convenient as we were able to walk to the mall which was nearby. The staff made sure our needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Hated the noise level at night, as it kept us up quite a bit. It was challenging to get a good night's rest with all the noise.
